Precision Soft Plastics

“Built from memory, crafted with precision, and made for the
moments that bring us back to the water.”

About Precision Soft Plastics

Precision Soft Plastics was founded on a love for fishing and a belief that the details matter.

After losing his father Richard and his brother Jacob in 2021, founder Noah Thomas spent several years navigating grief while working long hours in the trades. During that time, fishing slowly found its way back into his life after rediscovering some of his dad’s old tackle. What began as a quiet escape soon became something much deeper.

Time on the water became a place to think, reset, and reconnect.

One day, after a dispute at work left him sitting in his truck questioning the direction of his life, an idea took hold: instead of just fishing, why not start creating the baits himself?

That moment sparked what would become Precision Soft Plastics.

Today, PSP is built around craftsmanship and intention. Every bait is hand-crafted with carefully balanced color and premium flake to create natural flash, depth, and lifelike appearance in the water.

But at its core, Precision Soft Plastics is about more than just fishing.

It’s about honoring the people who shaped us, finding peace in the process, and building something meaningful—one bait at a time.

Dedication

Dedicated to my father Richard, who showed me the value of hard work, and to my brother Jake, one of my closest confidants, who remains in my thoughts every day.

Our Craft

At Precision Soft Plastics, every bait starts with careful design and experimentation. From color balance and flake selection to clarity and movement in the water, each detail is tuned to create baits that look alive beneath the surface.

Our colors are hand-crafted with premium flake to create natural flash and depth that mimic real forage. The goal is simple: build baits anglers can trust when the bite gets tough.

Because confidence in your bait makes all the difference.

FAQ

QUESTIONS. ANSWERED

1) How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days once they enter production. Custom colors, laminates,
and larger orders may require additional processing time depending on volume. Tracking
information is sent as soon as your order ships.

2) How much is shipping, and do you offer free shipping?

PSP offers $6.99 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. We also provide free shipping on orders over $60. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

3) Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

4) Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If we ship the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, we will make it right. Because many PSP orders are made-to-order or custom-built, returns on opened or used items are limited. Contact us with your order number and photos if an issue arises.

5) Do you offer custom colors or laminates?

Yes. PSP offers three structured options: Core Shop – Choose from our Core 7 colors across all four bait models. Laminate Shop – Laminate any of our four baits using any combination of our Core 7 colors. Complete Custom Shop – Modify color blends, flake size and type, flake density, buoyancy (Floating, Neutral, or Sinking), premium holoshift powders, and specialty premium flake options.

6) Is there a minimum order for custom builds?

Yes. Custom and specialty orders require a $40 minimum order total.

7) What are your baits made from, and what does “hand-poured” mean?

All PSP baits are made from premium plastisol and produced in controlled batches. Hand-poured means we control color accuracy, laminate clarity, flake distribution, and detail retention. All flake used in PSP baits is premium-grade for clarity, durability, and light reflection performance.

8) Are soft-plastic colors exactly the same every time?

Because our baits are poured in controlled batches, slight variation may occur—especially in laminates, pearls, and holographic effects. We maintain strict control standards across our Core 7 colors.

9) Do your baits come scented or salted?

Yes. PSP offers two scent options: Garlic and Craw. All PSP baits are engineered to perform floating, sinking, or neutrally buoyant without the need to add salt.

10) How should I store my soft plastics?

Store baits in their original packaging, away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid mixing different brands or formulas of soft plastics in the same bag.
